Refund policy

**The Short Version**
Because we deal with both "magic you drink" and "magic you wear," our return rules depend on what you bought. We want you to love your ritual, so if something isn't right, let us know.

**1. Consumables & Ritual Blends (Final Sale)**
Because Espresso Witch ritual blends, coffee, and salts are prepared and packaged in small batches for consumption, **all sales are final** on these items once shipped. Due to food safety considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food or beverage products.

**2. Lifestyle Gear: Mugs, Apparel, and Unopened Books**
For our non-consumable items (like shirts, mugs, and books), we offer a **30-day return window**. 
*   Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition. 
*   Books must be unopened/unmarked (unless they were purchased as a "Signed Edition").
*   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

**3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders**
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong spell (oops!), please contact us within **7 days of delivery** at hello@espressowitch.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right with a replacement or a refund.

**4. Allergies and Sensitivity**
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information on ritual blends before use. Descriptions are for experiential purposes and are not intended to treat any medical condition.
